House Rules

Operating hours: 07:00 – 22:00. Pool use is strictly prohibited after 22:00, as the scheduled automatic cleaning and water filtration cycle takes place during this time.
Safety: Diving is strictly forbidden. Entering and exiting the pool must be done exclusively via the pool steps.
Supervision: Minors are not permitted to use the pool without constant adult supervision.

Towel usage:
- Blue towels are designated exclusively for use at the pool and outdoor areas.
- White towels are designated exclusively for use inside the house and the bathrooms.
Property care: Please treat all furniture, amenities, and facilities with care and use them only for their intended purpose, avoiding any actions that could cause wear or damage.
Layout: Guests are kindly requested not to move furniture or equipment from their original positions or rooms.

Air conditioning must only be operated while all doors and windows are fully closed.
To ensure the proper functioning of the A/C units, please do not set the temperature below 20°C.
Turn off all air conditioning units every time you leave the villa.

Whenever you leave the estate, please ensure that all entrance doors are locked and all windows are fully closed and secured.

Children must be supervised at all times when in the outdoor areas, the swimming pool, the garden, and the balconies.
Parents or guardians bear sole responsibility for their children's safety and the proper use of the villa's facilities.

The villa's facilities and the swimming pool are intended strictly for the use of registered guests.
Hosting parties, events, or gatherings of non-registered guests is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the host.
Your hostess, Christina, resides in an independent quarters within the larger estate. She is always at your disposal for anything you may need, while fully respecting your privacy and the tranquility of your stay.
